How to handle misalignment during printing with a 3D printer?

Newbies will encounter many problems when using 3D printers. 3D printer manufacturer to talk about model misalignment, hoping to be helpful to you. 3D printers accumulate print models layer by layer. During this process, some intermediate layers are transferred or lost, which is called layer dislocation.
Today, the 3D printer company summarized the following possible causes and solutions for the layer misalignment problem.
1、 Excessive nozzle movement
If the 3D printer speed is too fast, beyond the range that the motor can withstand, there will be layer misalignment. Liantai is here to remind everyone that reducing the printing speed as much as possible can help.
2、 Voltage instability
Unstable voltages can also lead to model misalignment and attempts to shut down some high-power appliances. Or maybe it's because of it. The voltage on the X.Y.Z axis is uneven. The X.Y.Z axis current flows uniformly through the three axes.
3、 Mechanical issues
Confirm whether the tension of all synchronous belts is appropriate, and do not loosen or tighten them too tightly. If you don't know how to adjust the belt tension, you can communicate with the 3D printer supplier.
4、 Motherboard issues
If any model of the 3D printer is misaligned at the same height, there is likely to be a problem with the motherboard and it needs to be replaced.
