How to handle sudden power failure of roller kiln

The use of roller kilns is relatively common, with good stability, and the use of kilns is also very convenient. The main production efficiency is also very popular. When using kilns, we may encounter many problems caused by external factors, such as a sudden power failure during production. What measures should be taken to deal with this situation?
1. Quickly close the gas valve and combustion air valve in front of each spray gun.
2. Open the manual bypass emptying valve of the main pipe of the roller kiln and the combustion supporting pipe emptying valve.
3. Close the manual valves in front of and behind the main coal bearing solenoid valve.
4. Open the fire observation holes in each area, slowly reduce the temperature in the kiln until it reaches normal temperature, and open the emergency port to cool down if necessary.
5. Find out the cause of power failure in the roller kiln. After the power failure is restored, ignite and heat up according to the normal gas usage and operation sequence. After reaching the firing temperature, the bricks can be fed.
6. If the power outage does not exceed 10 minutes, it is possible to directly start the transmission, smoking, combustion support, and heat extraction fan in sequence, and then start the electromagnetic point valve to supply air and heat up. Special attention should be paid to setting the automatic control actuator of the actuator to manually control the opening of the actuator, which should not exceed 25%. If the temperature is insufficient, the roller kiln can be slowed down to ensure product quality.
