Therefore, during the use of the equipment, we should take corresponding explosion-proof measures to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the safety of personnel.
The roller kiln pipeline shall have a complete explosion-proof system composed of control devices and detection instruments, mainly including inlet air pressure, temperature, flow rate and instruments, outlet gas pressure and humidity instruments, and low pressure gas alarm devices; Light signal, automatic coal feeder ash feeder contact device, compressor unit fan interlock device, audible and visual alarm device; The dynamic detection and alarm devices for flammable and explosive gases to prevent coal leakage and explosion include the empty E gas main pipe, dust removal system, cooled equipment, gas semi clean pipe, distribution main pipe, etc. Explosion-proof membrane shall be equipped, and the front and rear parts of the gas system shall be equipped with a mountain reverse water seal to prevent the main gas from flowing back during shutdown.
During the operation of the roller kiln, it is necessary to do a good job of debugging the interlock of the alarm instrument before operation, adjusting the alarm and interlock action pressure values, and testing whether each interlock valve switch is correct. The total interlock test is several times; Oxygen content analysis shall be conducted before gas grid connection, and the oxygen content shall be less than 1%. During production, special attention should be paid to the temperature and pressure changes of gas and air. If it is found that the process indicators are not met, it is necessary to deal with them in a timely manner.
When repairing hot work, it is necessary to reliably cut off the gas source, purge and replace the gas in the gas facilities, open the upper and lower air intakes, and take air samples for carbon monoxide content analysis. And confirm that no explosive gas mixture will be formed during the entire hot work process. When extinguishing a fire, the gas should be stopped first, and the ignition should be restarted after the furnace analysis is qualified.
