How to install a box furnace

The box furnace can be placed on a workbench to suit the physiological operating height of the human body, and the effective bearing capacity of the workbench should be greater than 200KG.
Electrical installation of box furnace
Box furnace power configuration: 220V (380V). According to the user's electrical control cabinet configuration, the power should be greater than 4Kw.
The thermocouple of the box furnace is inserted into the furnace at a depth of 25mm, and is connected to the temperature control instrument using an N graduation compensation wire. Attention: The quartz tube should be installed first before the thermocouple, and the thermocouple should not come into contact with the quartz tube. The electric furnace and control cabinet should be grounded as a whole, and the grounding resistance of the grounding wire should be less than 4 Ω.
Box furnace resistance wire wiring method: two in parallel, power supply: single-phase 220V (or 380V).

Box furnace electric furnace operators should have the corresponding national electrical equipment operation qualifications and be familiar with the technical documents such as the accompanying instrument manual of the electric furnace!
1. Temperature system operation:
Box furnace temperature instrument
The user switch board of the box furnace sends electricity to the electric furnace. At this time, the program table is powered on, and the instrument is set according to the temperature instrument manual (such as P, I, D parameters). The heating program is compiled according to the process requirements, and the heating knob is turned on to achieve a heating power of 6KW. The heating power can be calculated using the following formula:
Heating power=instrument voltage × Instrument current
The normal heating current is approximately 22A, and the heating voltage is approximately 220V.
Heating stop: After the program temperature ends, execute time=0 segments of the program, and the heating ends. Turn the stop button to the off position. Disconnect the user switch.
Attention 2
a. The programmed temperature of the box furnace shall not exceed the parameter temperature of the electric furnace.
b. When the box furnace is working, the furnace door must not be opened. When taking the product, wait until the furnace temperature is below 100 ℃.
c. When heating the box furnace, the heating power should not exceed 6KW, otherwise the heating element will be damaged.
Inspection and fastening
Due to transportation and other reasons, the fastening of each screw on the furnace body should be checked to confirm accuracy.
