How to install explosion-proof electric heater

The installation steps for explosion-proof electric heaters are as follows:

Determine the installation environment, choose a dry indoor environment without strong magnetic fields, with a temperature not lower than 0 ℃, humidity not higher than 85%, and a relative insulation resistance greater than 20M Ω.

Install according to the installation method, ensuring that the electric heater is not subjected to force and is fixed on the installation surface.

Correctly connect the wires, paying attention to the corresponding polarity between the power supply and the electric heater. Connect the L pole to the L pole and the N pole to the N pole. The wiring should be firm and there should be no poor contact. At the same time, wooden terminal posts made of fire-resistant insulation materials are not allowed.

Consider using wiring wires of appropriate length, preferably with insulated sheaths, to prevent damage or short circuits.

According to relevant safety regulations, wiring should not exceed the rated power of the electric heater, and attention should be paid to protecting the ground wire.

The above steps are for reference only. Please follow the product manual or personal guidance for specific installation methods.--
