How to maintain explosion-proof electric heaters in daily applications

The explosion-proof electric heater consists of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core adopts a metal tubular electric heating element as the heat source, and the sheath is made of cold drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel pipe. The electric heater is connected to the fuel tank body using a flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank. Simply remove the heating core and replace it with a new one, which is convenient for maintenance. The electric heater has a large contact area with the heated oil, low surface thermal power, no carbonization, and the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperatures. When designing this product, consideration should be given to the contact area between the sheath and the hot oil, so that the oil will not be locally carbonized due to high heating temperature. 1. To ensure the correct and reliable use of the electric heater, it must be installed and used by qualified personnel, and the heater must be carefully maintained. 2. Ensure that the fuel tank, oil pipe, and oil filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from blocking the oil circuit.

3. Antifreeze liquid that is suitable for the external environmental temperature should be used as the circulating heating medium in the heater circulation system.

4. The heater and water pump should be inspected regularly according to the user's usage situation. If any water seal components that play a sealing role are found to be leaking or the water pump is difficult to start and operate, timely maintenance should be carried out.

5. The automatic control box, oil filter electromagnetic rice, and other electrical components on the host are maintained according to general low-voltage electrical maintenance methods. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully adjusted by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and users should not make unauthorized changes.

6. Ensure that the thermal control is in good condition and undergo regular inspections. If any microswitch malfunction or damage is found, please replace it in a timely manner.
