After oil injection, turn off the supply system, open the cold oil replacement valve, and close after exhaust. After oil filling, it enters the expansion tank, the oil level rises, exceeds the overflow port, returns to the Storage tank, and closes the oil filling pump and the inlet and outlet oil valves.
Secondly, after the cold cycle exhaust, it is necessary to gradually choose the method of dehydration exhaust, which can further eliminate residual gases, water, and low boiling point gasified substances in the system. The heating rate is 5-6 hours with an increase of 20 ℃ per hour. If there are no abnormalities, heat it to the operating temperature and put it into normal use. During heating and normal use, the heat transfer oil should be carefully maintained and checked for leaks throughout the entire system. Due to the adsorption of thermal oil by porous insulation materials, careful and in-depth inspection should be carried out step by step, and strict inspection should be carried out
Stability Analysis of Electric Heat Conduction Oil Furnace
Avoid any leakage, ensure its stability and non negligible. During normal heating operations, the heat transfer oil should maintain a certain circulating flow rate. Do not adjust the entire heating rate by reducing the circulating flow rate. Open the bypass valve at the appropriate time to lower the furnace temperature and adjust the heating amount. If the furnace needs to be stopped after heating or under special circumstances, the furnace temperature should be reduced before the pump is shut down and the circulation is stopped. At this time, in order to accelerate and reduce the temperature, the cold oil input system in the Storage tank can be replaced.
In order to ensure the stability of the conductivity heat oil furnace, the oil level of the expansion tank should be higher than the low alarm oil level and as high as possible. If the oil level is too low, it must be replenished in a timely manner. If there is a power outage, immediately open the cold oil replacement valve and close the inlet valve of the heater to allow the cold oil to flow into the heating furnace, reduce the temperature, avoid overheating, and shorten the service life.
