How to operate the hot melt adhesive coating machine correctly?

1. Do not operate in an environment where the temperature is below zero or above fifty degrees Celsius using a hot melt adhesive applicator.
2. Do not operate the hot melt adhesive machine without protective devices, protective panels, and good insulation.
3. It is prohibited to operate the hot melt adhesive machine when there are volatile and explosive raw materials and gases around it, or when there are flammable and explosive materials stored around the hot melt adhesive machine.
4. If it is necessary to add hot melt adhesive, it should be added before at least one-third of the hot melt adhesive is left in the glue pot, and the amount of added adhesive should not exceed four fifths of the total capacity of the hot melt adhesive pot.
5. When a hot melt adhesive nozzle combination is exposed to rapidly flowing air, it will rapidly cool, which may affect the hot melt adhesive flow rate of the nozzle combination and easily cause wire drawing. Therefore, it is better to use it without rapid air flow.
6. If the hot melt adhesive gluing machine needs maintenance, it is necessary to hire professionally trained personnel to disassemble and repair the machine. Do not act recklessly to avoid danger.
