In order to prevent the die-casting machine from getting stuck during the entire die-casting process, we can start from the following two points:

1. For die-casting workpieces, the temperature of the industrial equipment can be checked frequently, especially the temperature of the hammer head and the barrel. Once the temperature is found to be too high, certain effective measures must be taken to reduce the temperature, because once the temperature of the hammer head and the barrel exceeds the effective range, the hammer head is very likely to get stuck.

2. For die-casting workpieces, pay attention to choosing high-quality die-casting alloy products, and do not let residues penetrate into the raw materials; to prevent residues from adhering to the die-casting machine hammer head, causing the hammer head to get stuck.

In order to better ensure that the die-casting machine can work normally and smoothly, we must also pay attention to:

1. When die-casting hot molds, liquid aluminum alloy can be used to die-cast hot molds at a lower rate for 5-10 molds first, and then normal semi-solid aluminum alloy and semi-solid die-casting can be used for die-casting. The purpose of this is to better protect the mold shell and prevent the occurrence of flying materials during the die-casting process.

2. In order to prevent the signal connector and the transfer car relay from being affected during operation, resulting in signal errors and accidents, you must pay attention to the signal connector and the transfer car relay; after the operation is completed, be sure to turn off the main power switch and disconnect the power supply.
