If the powder particles are very fine and easy to lift, a back suction device can also be installed at the upper seal to absorb a small amount of powder absorbed by the bag mouth. Because the vertical packaging equipment cannot add a station on the equipment, the materials must be premixed before blanking during filling. In the process of bag feeding, different materials can be loaded into each bag one by one through different feeding devices, ensuring the accuracy of the formula. For example, there are both powder materials (such as salt, chicken essence) and granular materials (such as dehydrated vegetables, dehydrated beef, etc.) in a bag of instant soup. The horizontal packaging equipment uses the first blanking device to put powder materials into the bag moving process, and the second blanking device to put granular materials into the bag moving horizontally, and so on.
