1. The sealing of the mold is not good

If there is no problem, it is that the teeth of the mold do not bite or the left and right pressures are different. There are two solutions: the first is heating treatment, the second is pressurization, and the third is to re-align the mold, taking one side as the standard, so that it can be aligned.
2. Photoelectric problem
This problem is also relatively common. The photoelectric problem is usually manifested in that the length of the bag will change and the length is different. Solution: When the film is walking, there is a mark on the top of the film to be swept out. Check whether there is wood and dust on the side of the optical eye, check whether the sensitivity of the optical eye is adjusted correctly, and check whether the film is mottled by the harmful optical eye. If there is one, you must find a factor without mottled. If you can't find it, your packaging film can be thrown into the garbage bin.
3. The temperature cannot rise
This problem is easy to distinguish, but it is still very valuable for friends. First, check whether the fuse is broken or not. Check whether the car relay is broken or not. Use a multimeter to measure it. If there is no multimeter, use a test pen. If it is not broken, the next stage is to check whether the heating rod wiring is loose or not. If it is not, take out the heating rod wire to test the resistor, If the resistor is infinite, the heating rod will be OVER. I'll try one by one without a universal watch. That is to say, the thermal resistance is damaged, which is a very difficult problem to distinguish. Either the leftmost display on the temperature control meter is a one-word message, or the temperature will always vibrate again. The thermal resistance can be replaced immediately.
4. Temperature is difficult to control
There are two reasons for this problem. One is that the temperature control meter is broken, and the other is that the car relay is broken. First test the car relay, because this one is slightly more broken.
