How to use a silicone rubber heater
Leave a message
The use of silicone rubber heaters generally follows the following basic principles:
1. Fully understand the environment in which silicone rubber heaters, media conduction, or infrared radiation are used. The heating element of a 3D printer is stacked layer by layer to create a 3D model. Its operation process is similar to that of a traditional printer, except that traditional printers print ink onto paper to form a two-dimensional flat drawing, while 3D printers use liquid photosensitive resin materials, molten plastic fibers, gypsum powder and other materials to achieve layer by layer stacking and forming a 3D solid through spraying adhesives or extrusion. Silicon rubber heating plate heating element: Wrap nickel alloy heating wire around glass fiber, heating power can reach 2.1W/c ㎡, heating more evenly. Moisture and chemical resistant silicone rubber material provides a longer heater lifespan. Pressure sensitive adhesive can be used to bond flat and smooth workpieces. The electric vehicle battery heater uses the thermal energy generated by the auxiliary heater to heat the battery pack, which does not consume battery power and therefore does not affect the power and range of the electric vehicle. At the same time, it can also ensure the heat required by the air conditioning system. The vehicle controller distributes heat by controlling the opening of each electronic control valve, and the control method is simple.
Fully understand the temperature requirements of silicone rubber heaters and choose the appropriate power silicone rubber heater. Generally speaking, it has high power, fast heating, and vice versa.

4. Dry fired silicone rubber heaters should pay special attention to the heat dissipation effect of the operating environment, which is divided into static air and flowing air.
5. Dry burning is strictly prohibited for water fired silicone rubber performance heaters, especially when using immersed silicone rubber for heaters.
6. Fully understand the working voltage of the silicone rubber heater.
7. Fully understand the wiring method of silicone rubber heaters, usually including star and triangle connection methods. A single silicone rubber heater can be connected to 220V or 380V, and multiple silicone rubber heaters can be connected to 380V voltage.
