How to verify the calibration effect after RC parameters are locked?

I. Basic hardware parameters verification

Actual RC Capacitance divergence: Using a high-precision digital multimeter, test the actual capacitance value of the locked RC network, and ensure that the divergence from the calibration reference value is ≤5%.

Filter cutoff frequency verification: Use a standard signal generator to input sinusoidal test signals of varying frequencies and check that the actual filter cutoff frequency variation is 10% of the set value.

Interference attenuation verification: After filtering the primary frequency interference signal in the workshop, the measured attenuation is ≥20dB, meeting the anti-interference standards.

 

II. Dynamic signal performance verification

Temperature measurement delay test: Rapidly adjust the temperature at the thermocouple terminals and record the delay time for the temperature signal to reach the temperature controller, confirming ≤200ms.

Signal ripple test: Use oscilloscope to observe the output temperature measurement signal after filtering to ensure that the ripple peak-to-peak value ≤10mV, and there is no anomalous noise.

Temperature Stability Test: The temperature did not change abnormally within ±0.5℃ and there was no drift after 2 hours of continuous no-load operation.

 

III. Confirmation of Reality of Production

Hot runner heating curve verification: Started the hot runner heating process, and there was no obvious overshoot in the heating process (overshoot ≤3℃) and no oscillation.

Full Load Interference Test: All high-power injection moulding machines and frequency converters in the neighbouring workshop were turned on, simulating the highest interference scenario, and no variation of temperature readings was observed.

Process Adaptability Verification: After 8 hours of continuous production, the product yield was confirmed to be stable, and no faults such as insufficient glue, flash, or stress marks produced by anomalous temperature sampling were found.

 

IV. Long Term Stability Closed Loop Verification

Lockout Status Check: After 72 hours of continuous operation, the temperature controller status bar remained showed "RC Hardware Lock" with no auto parameter reset records.

Data Archiving: All verification data was stored into the process archive to provide a benchmark for future dynamic modifications during calibration cycles.
