I. Simple Measuring Instruments
Digital multimeter, high precision, class ≥ 6.5. Directly measures the real resistance and capacitance values of the RC network, verifying it deviates ≤ 5% from the calibration reference value.
Dual channel digital oscilloscope with bandwidth > 100MHz. It is used to observe the waveform of the temperature measurement signal before and after filtering, measure the peak-to-peak value of signal ripple and delay time.
Basic signal generator: Support 0~10V sine/analog temperature signal output. Used for input different frequencies test signal and measure filter cut-off frequency.
II. Supporting tools for hot runner process
High-precision temperature measuring instrument: accuracy class 0.1. It is used to simultaneously collect the actual temperature of each location in the hot runner and compare the variance of the temperature controller reading.
K-type thermocouple standard probe: CNAS calibrated, used as a reference for temperature measurement, so as to assure the traceability of correct temperature data Electromagnetic Interference Analyser: For on-site measurement of the primary frequency of interference in the workshop and validating that the attenuation of the target interference by the locked RC settings is ≥20dB.
III. Tools for Safety and Maintenance
Anti-static Wristband: Avoids electrostatic discharge damage to the precise electronic components of the RC network during operation.
Lock type DIP Switch Debugging Tool Used for confirming the physical state of the latch of the hardware is normal and there is no loose.
MES System Data Export Tool: Used to export temperature controller temperature operation log for 2 consecutive hours to confirm long time temperature stability.
