How to Verify Calibration Effectiveness After RC Parameter Locking

I. Basic Hardware Parameter Checking

Actual RC Capacance variation: Using a high-precision digital multimeter, measure the actual capacitance value of the locked RC network and validate that the variation is ≤5% from the calibration reference value.

Verification of Filter Cutoff Frequency: Use a standard signal generator to input sinusoidal test signals of different frequencies, and measure the actual filter cutoff frequency with a variance ≤10% from the set value.

Interference attenuation verification: The main frequency interference signal in the workshop, after filtering, has an attenuation amplitude of ≥20dB, which meets the anti-interference standards.

II. Validation of Dynamic Signal Performance

Temperature Measurement Delay Test Rapidly alter the temperature of thermocouple junction and measure the delay time for the temperature signal to reach the temperature controller, ensure ≤200ms.

Signal ripple test: Using an oscilloscope to see the filtered output temperature measurement signal, check that the ripple peak-to-peak value is 10mV, and there is no aberrant noise.

Temperature Stability Test: Run continuously under no-load for 2 hours, and check that the temperature reading swings irregularly with an amplitude ≤±0.5℃ and no drift phenomena.

III. Actual Production Situation Verification

Heating curve validation: Initiate the hot runner heating process and verify no major overshoot during the heating process (overshoot ≤ 3℃) and no oscillation.

Full Load Interference Verification: All high-power injection moulding equipment and frequency converters throughout the workshop are turned on, simulating the maximum interference condition and verifying that there is no temperature jump.

Process adaptability verification: Continuous production for 8 hours, the product yield is stable, and there is no anomalous temperature sampling such as insufficient glue, flash, stress marks, etc.

IV. Closed-Loop Verification Long Term Stability

Lockout status check. After the instrument has been in continuous operation for 72 hours, verify that the temperature controller status bar is still displaying the "RC Hardware Lock" signal, and that there are not any automatic parameter reset recordings.

Data Archiving: All verification data shall be recorded in the process file for reference in dynamic modification in the next calibration cycle.
