Installation method of electric heating tube

There are several installation methods for electric heating tubes:

Single head electric heating tubes usually do not have fixing methods such as baffles and threads. The heating tube should be directly installed on the bracket, and after drilling, copper or other metal sheets should be used to fix it on the electric heating tube. Of course, welding can also be used for fixation.

The threaded single head electric heating tube should have its threads screwed into the place where it needs to be fixed. If high sealing requirements are required, welding can be carried out after fixing.

U-shaped electric heating tubes with fasteners are usually installed directly using fasteners. If fasteners are not used, brackets can be used for installation and fixation.

There are two installation methods for flange type electric heating tubes: connecting flanges and welding flanges. To connect the flange, first add metal gaskets to the bolt holes, and then fix them with bolts. Welding flanges involves adding metal gaskets during welding.
