Installation of pressure transmitter and six points to note

Although it is very simple to install a pressure transmitter, we still need to pay attention to the following six aspects:

1. Please read the product manual carefully before installation and check the relevant information of the product.

2. The transmitter should be installed in a ventilated, dry, corrosion-free and cool place. If it is installed outdoors, a protective cover should be added to avoid sunlight and rain to avoid transmitter performance degradation or failure.

3. The transmitter is a precision instrument. Avoid strong impact and falling during installation.

4. Connect correctly according to the wiring diagram.

5. Pay attention to protecting the transmitter lead cable. When used in industrial sites, it is recommended to use metal pipes for protection or overhead. Do not loosen the sealing nut at the cable lead end to avoid moisture entering.

6. When cleaning the pressure interface and pressure lead hole of the transmitter, trichloroethylene or alcohol should be injected into the pressure lead hole, and gently shake it, and then pour out the liquid, and repeat this many times. It is forbidden to use any instrument to extend into the pressure lead hole to avoid damaging the sensitive core.
