Common faults during the calibration of the force gauge calibrator
I. The hydraulic pressure is unstable or cannot be pressurized normally:
Reason:
1. Insufficient oil in the oil tank;
2. Damage and leakage at the pipe joint during transportation;
3. The seal of the "○" ring of the quick connector is damaged;
4. There is too much air in the system or it is not completely exhausted.
Solution:
1. Loosen the oil tank cap or refuel the oil tank;
2. Tighten the pipe joint;
3. Replace the "○" ring (φ9*2.65);
4. Repeatedly pump the oil filling pump to discharge the air in the system with the oil tank.
II. Negative pressure does not meet the standard:
Solution: The instrument should be judged according to the actual local atmospheric pressure to determine whether the normal air pressure cannot be pressurized.
3. The pump feels like there is air pressure:
Causes:
1. The reversing valve is not in place, causing air leakage;
2. The positive pressure check valve or negative pressure check valve is not reset after movement, causing air pressure.
Solution:
1. The reversing valve must be in place, and the reversing valve stem cannot be suspended in the air.
2. Check whether the positive pressure and negative pressure check valve seat holes do not meet the requirements.
3. The spring is severely tilted, and the check valve core cannot slide freely.
