The tunnel furnace is designed and manufactured using advanced foreign technology, with advanced structure, easy disassembly and assembly, and beautiful appearance. High tech insulation materials have good insulation performance and strong insulation properties. The heating technology adopts far-infrared heating technology, with reasonable arrangement of heating elements and low energy consumption. The energy-saving tunnel furnace adopts an accurate temperature control system and is controlled by a PID microcomputer. There are three internal heating zones for indirect drying. The products heated and dried by the tunnel furnace have low moisture content and are designed for reflow soldering of SMT components, drying, curing, and dispensing of printed circuits, electronic products, and powder materials. The furnace adopts an independent temperature zone isolation structure, heated by far-infrared ceramic heating plates or ceramic black crystal tubes, with a wide infrared irradiation surface and no dead corners. The system can be equipped with an enhanced exhaust mechanism to further improve the temperature uniformity and cleanliness of the product environment. The control adopts a single loop intelligent adjustment method, which has the characteristics of stable temperature control and convenient adjustment. Very suitable for mass production in factories and enterprises.

Parameter introduction:

1. Circulation system: The circulation adopts strong pressure horizontal air transportation, with good uniformity, and the empty box does not exceed ± 3 ℃

2. Heating system: Using steel U-shaped tubular heating elements, the continuous service life can reach over 50000 to 60000 hours.

3. The heating time is about 30-45 minutes, with no load and room temperature rising to 550 ℃.

4. Temperature control device: PID 7000 digital temperature control instrument, automatic constant temperature control, with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃.

5. Temperature measurement device: Stainless steel armored PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensing device, accurate temperature measurement.

6. Over temperature protection: Over temperature protection instrument and a stainless steel PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensing device

7. Timing device: Timing control, can be manually switched on/off automatically.

8. Alarm device: APT/AD16 type sound and light alarm, alarm prompt for the end of constant temperature time.

9. Current and voltage: 220V * 2 two-phase line, 380V * 3 three-phase line/50HZ.
