Thermal oil heaters have low-pressure and high-temperature working characteristics. With the development of industrial production and the advancement of science and technology, organic heat carrier furnaces have been continuously developed and applied. Although the working pressure of organic heat carrier furnaces is relatively low, the temperature of the heat transfer fluid in the furnace is high. For thermal oil heaters, heat is generated and transmitted by electric heating elements immersed in thermal oil. Thermal oil furnace heaters use thermal oil as a medium and use a circulating pump to force the thermal oil to circulate in liquid phase, transferring heat to one or more heat-using equipment. After unloading from the heat-using equipment, it passes through the circulating pump again and returns to the heater, absorbs heat, and transfers it to the heat-using equipment. This cycle repeats to achieve continuous heat transfer.

The thermal oil heater directly inserts the electric heater into the organic carrier for direct heating, and uses a high-temperature oil pump for forced liquid phase circulation to transport the heated thermal oil to the heat-using equipment, and then returns to the hot oil furnace from the oil outlet of the heat-using equipment for heating, forming a complete circulation heating system. The thermal oil heater uses a digital temperature controller to control the temperature, and has over-temperature alarm, low oil level alarm, and over-pressure alarm functions.

The cooling device of the thermal oil in the thermal oil heater is divided into a water-cooled temperature control unit group: the thermal oil heater adopts a shell and tube type, the inner tube is designed as a straight tube or a profile tube, the heat exchange efficiency is high, and the gas control valve is used. The valve has a fast response speed. At the same time, PID temperature control is used, and the temperature accuracy can reach ±0.5℃. The thermal oil heater is suitable for equipment with high temperature control accuracy, fast and frequent heating and cooling reaction speed.
