Introduction to the standardized process for using expansion and compression heads
The expansion head is a specialized accessory for the expansion tube machine and is a key component for completing the expansion joint. When using the expansion head, the following requirements should be met:
1. Before the formal expansion joint, start the machine with no load and preheat it for 3-5 minutes.
2. Every time the hose or expansion head is replaced, the air inside the ultra-high pressure system must be emptied to avoid affecting work efficiency and ensuring operational safety.
3. Before expanding the tube, it is necessary to remove the sharp edges and burrs at the end of the heat exchanger to avoid damaging the expansion head.
4. For some pipe openings that cannot be inserted into the expansion head, the outer circle of the expansion head can be ground down, and the gap between the inner diameter of the pipe and the outer diameter of the expansion head should not exceed 0.3 millimeters. Excessive gap will significantly reduce the service life of the expansion head.
5. During the expansion operation, the expansion head must be removed from the pipe mouth only after the pressure relief is completed. When inserting or pulling out the expansion head, it is strictly prohibited to twist the head to expand it. After replacing the expansion head, the expansion tube medium should be replenished in a timely manner.
Safety precautions for operation
1. The maximum expansion pressure of the hydraulic expansion pipe machine is 300Mpa, and the commonly used expansion pressure is 180-280Mpa. The expansion speed is 5-7 times/minute.
2. The expansion medium should be clean tap water, preferably pure water. The water inside the expansion joint must meet the set water level and be used at an ambient temperature of 5 ° C-40 ° C.
3. When connecting an external power supply, it is important to distinguish between the phase line and the neutral line, and it is strictly prohibited to connect them incorrectly. Otherwise, it may cause the equipment to become live and easily burn the electrical components.
4. The connection between the high-pressure hose and the valve block must be securely installed to prevent it from falling off during high-pressure operation and causing accidents.
5. To avoid accidents caused by the axial fracture of the expansion head and the punching out of the pipe hole during the strength expansion joint of a tubular heat exchange tube, no one is allowed to stand on the other end of the heat exchange tube during the expansion joint process.
