Advantages:

Excessive air volume and temperature rise can directly lead to excessive power of the heater and increase energy consumption. Excessive air volume and temperature rise are unnecessary. We need to consider comprehensively, design reasonably, and determine appropriate parameters. When using an air heater, only the pipeline at the outlet of the electric heater is insulated, and no insulation treatment is applied to the surface of the heater itself. Comparative data shows that adding insulation layer on the surface of the air heater can reduce energy consumption by 5% to 10%. Long term operation can save significant energy consumption. It is recommended to install insulation layer on the air heater while installing insulation layer on the pipeline.
