Is it easy for electric heating pipes to break down after long-term low-power operation?

The low-power operation of electric heating tubes can be divided into the following two situations:
1、 The rated power of electric heating tubes is relatively low. For example, when an electric heating tube with a rated voltage and power of 220V and 50W is connected to 220V, its usage power is 50W;
2、 The power used for electric heating tubes is lower than the rated power. For example, an electric heating tube with a rated voltage of 380V600W has a rated voltage of 110V and a power of 50W.
The above two cases are both used with 50W small power. The difference lies in that the product in one case was originally designed with low power, and the electric heating tube was used at rated voltage. As long as the heating tube is reasonably designed, it will not be easily damaged if it is not Human error. But if there are problems with product design (size too small, materials not selected equally), the material itself cannot withstand a power of 50W, and the service life will also be discounted.
The second example is that the rated power design of the product itself is relatively high, but after using low voltage power supply, the actual power will be relatively low. The reason is that the resistance value of each electric heating tube is fixed after completion, and the relationship between its power (W), voltage (E), and resistance (R) is:
W=E * E/R
Therefore, reducing the usage voltage directly affects the power of the product, and the unit load borne by the product material during the use of electricity is correspondingly reduced. Not only will it not damage the heating tube, but it can also extend the service life.
In summary, under normal design, the electric heating tube is not easily damaged under long-term low-power operation.
