Is there any leakage or swelling in the precision oven? How to handle it?

If the precision oven begins to leak and the vacuum indicator does not move, how can this obstacle be eliminated. The first thing to eliminate is air leakage in the tank. It is necessary to pour some water inside the tank, then close the door to vacuum, and then turn over the tank. If bubbles appear at a certain position, it is the leakage point. If conditions permit, use argon arc welding to weld it.
There are some other methods: inject nitrogen into the vacuum oven and put down the foam in the place where there is a possibility of leakage. If there is a continuous expansion of foam, it means there is a gap; Another method is to prepare a bucket of detergent water and a syringe, take the syringe and inject detergent water into the area where you think it may leak, and carefully observe if there is a bubbling point at the injection site to prove that this point is a leak point. If the sealing of the cabinet door is slightly loose, as long as the negative pressure in the vacuum oven reaches a certain level, there is no problem.
First, take a vacuum and see if the negative pressure gauge can reach a standard atmospheric pressure. If the pointer changes slowly during the evacuation process, try pushing the door inward to see if it can reach a vacuum state. If it can be evacuated, just tighten the door a few times. If it's not enough to push the door by hand. It is very likely that the screws securing the heating block on the inner liner are loose, and it is necessary to remove the rear baffle.
