Compensation wire and KX compensation cable for K-type thermocouple

Scope of application:
Compensation wire and compensation cable are one or more pairs of wires or cables with J insulation layer that have the same thermoelectric potential as the matched thermocouple within a certain temperature range (including normal temperature). They are used to connect thermocouples and measuring devices to compensate for the errors caused by temperature changes at the connection between them and the thermocouples. Compensation wire and compensation cable are divided into extension and compensation types.
Use characteristics of compensation wire and KX compensation cable for K-type thermocouple:

Working temperature heat-resistant use: high 180℃, 200℃ and 260℃. General use: high 70℃, 90℃ and 105℃

Long-term allowable ambient high working temperature of cable:

PVC sheath: 70℃, 90℃ and 105℃. Silicone rubber sheath does not exceed: 180℃. Fluoroplastic sheath does not exceed 200℃. PFA sheath does not exceed 260℃.

The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than:

Fixed laying -60℃. Non-fixed installation -20℃

2. Recommended allowable bending radius: Fluoroplastic sheathed cables and armored cables should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable
PVC sheathed cables should be no less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
