Key inspection areas for maintenance of trolley annealing furnace

When regularly inspecting the annealing furnace of the trolley, it is important to observe that the resistance wire must not collide or bend after use to avoid breakage. Electric furnace motors need regular inspection, adding lubricating oil, etc., and paying attention to safety during use. The transmission shaft sleeve must be regularly checked and lubricated to prevent damage to the shaft sleeve due to oil shortage. Regularly check the usage of heating elements. The heating element must not be bent or collided after short-term use. If it is not severely corroded and breaks, the same material as the electric furnace wire (or the electric furnace wire itself) can be used as the welding rod, and acetylene gas can be used for heating welding. The welding rod is made of 50% white cloud powder mixed. If the heating element is severely corroded and cannot be used, it should be replaced separately.
Regularly verify the usage of the trolley furnace instruments and thermocouples to prevent inaccurate temperature measurement caused by errors in the instruments and thermocouples from affecting product quality. Workpieces containing corrosive, volatile, and explosive gases are strictly prohibited from entering the trolley furnace for processing, in order to avoid affecting the service life of heating elements and refractory materials and causing accidents such as explosions. The trolley furnace must not operate at an excessive temperature, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the equipment. Workpieces with too much oxide skin need to be removed before entering the furnace, and can be brushed with a steel wire brush. The workpieces should be evenly stacked, and the distance from the heating element should be around 100-150mm.
Rough operation is strictly prohibited, and workpieces should be handled with care to avoid impact. When using an electric furnace, operators are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization and must always pay attention to the normal working condition of the trolley type annealing furnace.
