The selection of the form of the water pipe inside the well type annealing furnace and the calculation method of the pipe fittings

A heated upward push type continuous well type annealing furnace, where the billet is placed on a sliding water pipe and is still moving on top (moving from the feed end of the well type annealing furnace to the discharge end). Therefore, the sliding water pipe structure not only needs to bear the weight of the heated material in the furnace, but also its dynamic load, and must have a certain strength to ensure the smooth movement of the billet on it. The sliding water pipe structure should also take into account the requirements of the heating furnace's thermal insulation, minimize the impact on the heat exchange of the lower furnace, and minimize the impact on the black marks at the contact between the billet and the sliding water pipe. In addition. The heat carried away by the cooling medium in the sliding water pipe should also be minimized as much as possible. So, the requirement for the sliding water pipe structure inside the well furnace is quite high.
In order to prevent mechanical damage during the pushing process of the trolley furnace (caused by the downward bending of both ends of the steel material or the "flying edge" of the steel ingot head), a 50-100mm steel cushion block can be added under the longitudinal water pipe to prevent scratching of the transverse water pipe.
The spacing between horizontal water pipes is mostly equal to or an integer multiple of the spacing between the side columns of the well furnace. Generally ranging from 1160 to 3480mm, this size can also be changed to reduce the total area of the water pipe or to match the setting of the accessories of the five industry furnace. The spacing is small, providing greater shielding on the lower surface of the steel material to block the airflow. Large spacing. The number of horizontal water pipes decreases, but the cross-sectional area of vertical and horizontal water pipes increases.
The structure of horizontal water pipes includes single horizontal water pipes, double combined horizontal water pipes, and single horizontal water pipes with pillars. Mainly selected based on factors such as strength calculation and improvement of heat transfer conditions inside the furnace. Horizontal water pipes are generally made of thick walled seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 102-159mm. The pillar water pipe can be made of thick walled seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 76~114mm, and should be staggered with the lower heating to avoid direct flame.
Under the vertical water pipe at the feeding end of the well type annealing furnace, due to the limitation of the smoke exhaust outlet, there is generally no horizontal water pipe, and clay brick walls are directly used for support.
The horizontal water pipe is required to maintain a fixed position in the length and height directions of the well furnace to ensure that the stress conditions remain unchanged. And along the width direction of the furnace, it must be allowed to freely expand and contract with temperature changes.
