Silicone rubber heating strip is a special soft heating strip composed of nickel chromium alloy wire and insulation material, designed with high power density, fast heat generation, high thermal efficiency, and long service life. In addition to the general constant power band with insulation, it can also be used in certain situations where heating is required. Silicone rubber tape has good waterproof performance and can be used for heating, tracking, and insulation of pipelines, tanks, and storage tanks in industrial equipment or laboratories. It can be directly wrapped around the surface of the heating component and is easy to install, safe and reliable. The silicone rubber suitable for cold regions, pipelines and solar heating mainly serves as insulation for hot water pipelines, thawing, snow and ice, and other functions. It can resist high temperature, cold and aging.
Select the type of electric heating with voltage level based on factors such as power supply conditions, grid load, and the duration of using tropical electric heating, to determine whether to use it in parallel or in series, single-phase or three-phase in series. On long-distance pipelines, series coordination is generally adopted; On the pipeline network system, a constant power three-phase zone can be selected. If the pipeline is short, a constant power single-phase zone can be selected.
Determine the specification of electric heating based on the high temperature of the pipeline medium, that is, the power of tropical rice. Calculate the total length of the required heating zone based on the total heat dissipation of the pipeline or container tank and the selected heating zone instrument power. Due to the fact that pipelines have fittings such as elbows, rams, brackets, etc., the parallel length generally needs to be increased by 5% -10%. Heating cables have good flexibility, but hard folding is not allowed and requires bending. The bending radius should not be less than 6 times the thickness of the heating cable. It is strictly prohibited to strike hot cables with heavy objects. If hot cables are used for crushing, electrical testing should be conducted again, and they can only be used after passing the test. Heating cables should be routed and fixed together with heat pipes (or equipment) to improve heating efficiency. When fixing heating cables, it is strictly prohibited to tie them with metal wires using special nylon straps. Do not twist, repeatedly bend, or damage the outer sheath or insulation of silicone rubber heating belts during storage, handling, installation, and use.
During installation, it is necessary to avoid the accumulation of flammable and explosive media, such as pits, gradual halos, and other parts. When using heating cables, please pay attention to the explosion-proof temperature group. Do not flip the flash point or spontaneous ignition temperature of flammable media at 75%. Do not make hard folds or extend the distance on the ground. After completing all installations of the medium pressure pipeline system, the installation of the heating cable must be completed, and after testing the power transmission, the insulation layer structure after water pressure or air tightness testing must be installed and debugged in the heating belt. Normal. When installing the heating device, sharp edges and corners should be polished smooth or padded with aluminum tape to prevent damage to the outer insulation layer.
