Large motor driven reel of melt-blown cloth slitting machine

The traditional slitting machine control scheme is to use a large motor to drive the reel, install a magnetic powder clutch on the telescopic reel, and control the resistance by adjusting the current of the magnetic powder clutch to control the material surface tension. Magnetic powder clutches and brakes are dedicated automatic actuators. They transfer torque by filling the working gap with magnetic powder. Changing the magnetic current can change the magnetic state of the magnetic powder, thereby adjusting the transmission of torque.
