1. Regular maintenance and upkeep of injection molding machines
1.1 Daily maintenance (operator)
1.1.1 Inspect electrical and mechanical components and devices for looseness.
1.1.2 Check if the center of the nozzle is accurate and if there is any shaking when entering.
1.1.3 Check whether the components and contact terminals inside the electrical box are secure.
1.1.4 Check whether the cooling water is smooth and whether the water volume is sufficient.
1.1.5 Keep the pillars, curved hands, movable arms, and the slides below clean.
1.1.6 Ensure that there are no drops or leaks in the water and oil circuits of the entire machine.
1.1.7 Inspection of the automatic lubrication system.
1.1.8 Fill in the record.
2. Weekly maintenance (mechanic)
2.1 Clean and organize various mechanical components, and lock them tightly with loose screws.
2.2 Clean and organize various hydraulic components, tighten or replace sealing rings at dripping or leaking points.
2.3 Clean and organize all electrical components, and make them smoother or repaired if there is any damage or abnormal noise.
2.4 Add grease to each grease filling point (injection guide rod, plasticizing motor, mold adjusting gear (chain), etc.).
2.5 Clean the magnetic frame inside the hopper.
2.6 Fill in maintenance records as required.
3. Monthly maintenance (shift leader, security personnel, operators)
3.1 Cleaning and organization of the entire machine.
3.1.1 Remove residual oil from all lubrication components to keep the entire machine clean.
3.1.2 Ensure the balance of the four Corinthian columns to avoid excessive wear on the locking hinges.
3.1.3 Check all components of the injection table to ensure that the two injection cylinders are synchronized.
3.1.4 Check if the ground wire is safe and reliable.
3.1.5 Tighten the nuts of each mechanical structure one by one.
3.1.6 Ensure that the automatic lubrication system reaches each designated lubrication point.
The oil level in the oil tank should be maintained at the standard on the oil level gauge.
4 Annual maintenance (workshop supervisor, maintenance personnel, team leader, security personnel, operators)
4.1 Check if the screw group is worn or damaged, and take measures if there are any abnormalities.
4.2 Check for wear on the locking pin shaft, identify the cause, and take measures.
4.3 Clean the filter screen and oil tank of the oil tank
4.4 Major inspection of the lubrication system: whether there are oil pipes that have fallen off, and whether there are points where oil is not flowing.
4.5 Check if there is any leakage or leakage in the oil pipes, valve bodies, flanges, and joints. If there is any, it should be resolved in a timely manner.
4.6 Are electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical protection devices safe and reliable.
Is there any deviation in the system pressure and flow rate of the 4.7 machine, is the electronic ruler accurately controlled, and is there any error in the instrument.
Inspection of 5 machine safety devices (operator)
5.1 Check whether the travel switches of the safety doors (front and rear) are normal and effective every day.
5.2 Check whether the emergency stop switch (front and rear) is normal and effective every day.
