Manufacture of phenolic resin and configuration of dipping liquid for hydraulic press
Leave a message
Phenolic resin-made of cresol or xylenol and formaldehyde. As an insulating resin, it has excellent water resistance and electrical properties. The phenolic resin used for dipping is an alkali-catalyzed A-stage cresol-formaldehyde resin.
Dipping liquid-in order to impregnate the filler, the resin must be mixed into a solution, usually alcohol is used as a solvent, mixed into a 30% alcohol solution, and sometimes some polyvinyl butyral resin is added to increase the bonding force of the resin
