Methods For Dealing With Blackening Of Electric Heating Tubes

In the production process of electric heating tubes, it is inevitable that the electric heating tubes will turn black after a long time. How should we deal with the blackening of electric heating tubes? After we finish the treatment, there will be an oxide film on the surface to achieve the purpose of corrosion and rust prevention. After the heating treatment, the wear resistance of the surface of the heating tube will be improved, the hardness of the surface will be increased, and the components inside the electric heating tube will not be affected.

Under normal working conditions, the easiest way to deal with the blackening of the surface of the electric heating tube is the following steps:

1. The first step is to clean the surface of the metal tube and keep it clean;

2. The second step is to degrease the surface. During this process, the metal tube can be completely placed in the degreasing liquid. The pH value of the degreasing liquid should be around 13, and the time should not be less than half an hour. Rinse with clean water after degreasing.

3. The third step is pickling. The pH value of the pickling solution is about 3. The treatment time is no longer than 10 minutes. After pickling, rinse with clean water;

4. The fourth step is blackening treatment: the pH value of the pool liquid concentration is between 2-4, the treatment time is about 10 minutes, and it is very clean after blackening;

5. The last step is drying and oiling;

According to the above five points, the blackening treatment of the electric heating tube is a very effective method.
