Methyl block RTV silicone rubber
Leave a message
It is a modified variety of methyl room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. It is a copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane (107 rubber) with hydroxyl head and methyltriethoxysilane oligomer (molecular weight 3 ~ 5). Under the catalysis of dibutyl tin dilaurate, the hydroxyl group in polydimethylsiloxane and the ethoxy group in polymethyltriethoxysilane condense to form a polymer with three-way structure. The elastomer after vulcanization has higher mechanical strength and adhesion than methyl room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of 70 ~ 200 ℃.
