The electric heater closes the circuit breaker, the power light is on, and the heater is in a standby state. The electric heater is equipped with temperature control instruments for the outlet and internal over temperature alarm instruments. The temperature setting value of the outlet temperature control instrument of the electric heater can be increased or decreased. The internal overheating alarm can increase or decrease the temperature setting value, or change the decimal point position.

Turn on the electric heater, press the shutdown button on the shutdown cabinet panel to turn off the shutdown light and shut down the heater. Heater over temperature alarm. If the over temperature light is on, it indicates an internal over temperature alarm has occurred. At this time, the heater is cut off. After the fault is resolved, press the reset button to reset, the over temperature light will go out, and the heater can be restarted. When the heater is not in use, the main switch should be turned off. If the electric heater needs to be stopped, press the stop button on the remote control DCS to stop power supply to the system.

2, There are quality issues with electric heaters. Some merchants use materials without ribs, and the pipe wall of the electric heater is too thin, with insufficient or uneven wall thickness, which cannot withstand the required load and can also cause the electric heater to burst.

3, The power set by the electric heater is too high, causing the load to be too heavy, exceeding the limit that the electric heater tube wall can withstand.

4, Production process issues, welding and other substandard processes during the manufacturing process of electric heaters, resulting in unstable welds, often causing them to burst out during use.
