Problem 6: Uneven dryness and wetness of materials, and abnormal front rod making. Reasons: 1. Improper use of drying equipment; 2. Raw materials are agglomerated (for example, raw materials are thawed and agglomerated in northern winter). Handling methods: 1. Learn the correct use methods according to the company's dryer instructions; 2. Crush the agglomerated raw materials before drying. Problem 7: Reasons for waste of fuel in drying equipment: 1. Poor thermal insulation performance of equipment; 2. There is a problem with the equipment design principle; 3. There are problems with the design and manufacture of the furnace.
