How the dryer works

How to Work with a Dryer A dryer is a commonly used drying treatment device with good results, and is used in multiple industries. So how does it work? Which materials is it more suitable for? Please take a look at the specific introduction below. The traditional dryer heats the ambient air and transports it to the periphery of the drum. The resulting humid and hot air is removed, leaving dry air to continue the drying process. When the bottom temperature of the dryer reaches 400 ℃ - 800 ℃, the feed elevator, under the instruction of an intelligent level meter, lifts the material into the pre tropical zone of the equipment, and then sends it through an electric interceptor to a combined heat exchanger that overlaps each other, allowing the material to continuously and evenly slide down, Gradually enter the drying belt and drying belt. The heat in the equipment is transferred to materials through various heat exchange methods such as conduction, convection, and radiation. The temperature required for drying materials is controlled and adjusted by a temperature controller through a hot air stove. After drying, dry materials with moisture content less than 2-3% are indicated by a humidity controller to an electromagnetic vibration conveyor for automatic output, and then transported away by a conveying system or vehicle. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal line. Materials are added from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end in countercurrent contact with the material. There are also heat carriers that flow into the cylinder in parallel with the material. As the cylinder rotates, the material moves to the lower end under the action of gravity. During the forward movement of the wet material in the cylinder, it directly or indirectly receives heat from the heat carrier, allowing the wet material to dry, Then, it is sent out at the discharge end through a belt conveyor or screw conveyor. Dryers are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, food, light industry, chemical industry, coal, medicine, and mining industries. Especially, rotary drum dryers that handle materials such as ores, gravel, coal, and calcium sulfate are equipped with direct flue gas to prevent pollution. They are commonly used to dry sand, mineral powder, coal slurry, chicken manure, cow manure, and other materials. Jisheng Machinery has many years of experience in producing mining equipment, with a wide range of products, mainly including magnetic separation, flotation, mechanical separation, gravity separation, and chemical separation equipment for minerals; A complete set of beneficiation equipment for roasting, including feeders, crushing equipment, ball mills, mixing barrels, dryers, rotary kilns, rod grinding sand machines, belt conveyors, sand machines, sand washing machines, and spiral classifier; Screening equipment includes a series of equipment such as a shaking table, spiral retention tank, physical gold concentrator, vacuum filter, adhesive gold retention tank, pelletizing disc (granulator), inclined tube thickener, etc.
