During the application process of external components of electric heaters, several guidelines should be followed:
1. Firstly, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of the temperature requirements for the use of electric heaters and choose suitable air duct electric heater equipment. Generally speaking, the higher the power, the faster the heating, and the shorter the heating time, and vice versa.

4. Fully understand the application environment of electric heating tubes, such as medium conduction or infrared radiation.
5. Thoroughly understand the wiring methods of electric heaters, usually including star connection and three-star connection. A single electric heating tube can be connected to 220V or 380V, and multiple electric heating tubes can be indirectly connected to 380V.

2. Fast thermal response, high temperature control accuracy, and high comprehensive thermal efficiency.
3. High heating temperature: The heater design allows for high task temperatures up to 850 ℃.
4. The outlet temperature of the medium is average, with high temperature control accuracy.
5. Wide range of use and strong compliance: This heater can be used in explosion-proof or ordinary places, with explosion-proof levels up to D Ⅱ B and C, and a pressure resistance of up to 20MPa.
6. Long lifespan and high reliability: The heater is manufactured using special electric heating materials, with a low external power load and multiple maintenance measures, greatly increasing the safety and lifespan of the electric heater.
7. Fully automated control: Designed with a heater circuit according to requirements, it is convenient to automatically control parameters such as outlet temperature, flow rate, and pressure, and can be connected to a computer network.
8. The energy-saving effect is obvious, and 99.99% of the heat generated by electrical energy is transmitted to the heating medium.
