Problems encountered during installation of electric heat tracing band

The problem of incorrect installation of electric tracing band is very common. Short circuit caused by improper installation and non-heating is common. How can we avoid the wrong installation of electric heating band?
1. When installing the heating belt, first check whether the tracing belt is damaged. If normal, the wiring will be normal.
2. When the ribbon heater is connected, the core wire shall be connected separately. The metal wire is conductive. If the metal wires continue to be connected together, a short circuit fault will occur. Therefore, be careful when wiring, and often turn on and off the ribbon heater. Frequent opening or closing of the electric tracing band will accelerate the attenuation of the electric tracing band.
3. When laying the electric heating belt, do not hit it with strong pressure. It is easy to damage the material layout in the belt and affect the service life of the electric heating belt.
