It can replace steel pipes, cast iron pipes, stainless steel pipes, nylon pipes, polytetrafluoroethylene pipes, asbestos cement pipes and other pipes for the transportation of particles, powder materials and slurry, solid-liquid mixtures (mainly medium and large diameter pipes), and can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal, construction and other industries.
Although UHMWPE has extremely excellent properties, it is particularly difficult to process its products due to its high viscosity and low critical shear rate. For a long time, because the domestic UHMW-PE molding technology and equipment are relatively backward, and the gap with advanced countries is large, so far, UHMW-PE products have not been put into large-scale industrial production, and are only limited to small batch production based on compression-sintering or plunger extrusion molding methods. The product types are mainly simple cross-section products such as plates, bars, etc. The production efficiency and product output are low, and the product quality is difficult to guarantee, The high production energy consumption and product cost not only limit the market demand and application of UHMW-PE resin in China, but also make 80-90% of the raw materials of UHMW-PE resin in China have to be sold abroad at a low price.
