PTC heater, also known as PTC heating element, is composed of aluminum tube and PTC ceramic heating element. The utility model PTC heater has low thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency. It fully considers the various thermal and electrical phenomena that occur in the work of PTC heating elements. Principle of electric heating furnace:

The surface temperature of the constant temperature heating PTC thermistor remains constant. This temperature is only related to the Curie and external voltage of the PTC thermistor, and has nothing to do with the ambient temperature. The PTC heater is a heating device designed with a constant temperature heating PTC thermistor as a constant temperature heating device. PTC heating devices have advantages that traditional heating elements cannot match, such as constant temperature heating, no open flame, high heat conversion rate, minimal influence of power supply voltage, and long natural life, and are increasingly used in electric heating devices. PTC thermistor constant temperature heating can be made into various shapes and specifications, the most common ones are sheet, rectangle, strip, ring, honeycomb porous, etc. Combining the above PTC heating element with metal elements can form various forms of high-power PTC heaters.
