Reminder points to pay attention to when the mesh belt is working

What should be paid attention to during normal operation of high-temperature mesh belts? How to ensure the service life of high-temperature mesh belts is not only related to the working environment of high-temperature mesh belts, but also to the maintenance and operation of high-temperature mesh belts. How to do it? Mr. Song Taisun from Yancheng will explain some knowledge points about high-temperature mesh belt operation or working environment for your reference and reading

The impact of the environment on high-temperature mesh belts:

1. High temperature mesh belts can cause stress corrosion and grain corrosion of parts in acidic or alkaline environments. In corrosive environments, it is necessary to pay attention to the selection of materials for high-temperature mesh belt parts. Whether the high-temperature mesh belt is made of martensitic stainless steel will rust depends on the working conditions.

2. When high-temperature mesh belts are stored in the open air, rainproof measures should be taken. During storage and transportation, it is necessary to prevent the high-temperature mesh belt from colliding to avoid damage to the high-temperature mesh belt. Tongjin should maintain sufficient capacity of power supply facilities, stable voltage, and strictly prohibit phase loss operation. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.

3. According to the environmental conditions of use, bearings should be supplemented or replaced with lubricating grease from time to time (motor enclosed bearings do not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during their service life). To ensure good lubrication of high-temperature mesh belts during operation, the refueling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours/time. For enclosed bearings and motor bearings, ZL-3 lithium based lubricating grease should be used to fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings. Running without oil is strictly prohibited.

4. Exposure of high-temperature mesh belts to corrosive materials can cause thinning, accelerated wear, and rust on the parts, which can affect the flexible rotation of mesh belt hinges and rollers.

The impact of maintenance on high-temperature mesh belts:

1. High temperature mesh belts generate significant heat due to friction at high temperatures; Due to different thermal expansion coefficients, different materials welded together may experience thermal fatigue. The intermittent reduction caused by thermal expansion between parts at temperatures exceeding 400 ℃ should consider creep, (high temperature) thermal brittleness, carbon precipitation brittleness, and the impact of temperature changes (cooling and expansion). The effect of high temperature on lubrication, silicon, graphite, and molybdenum disulfide lubricating oils all have good heat resistance. The service life of the conveyor belt is caused by the heat of the conveying materials and the environment, which increases the temperature. The strength of the conveyor belt will decrease as the temperature increases.

2. During the operation of the high-temperature mesh belt, if abnormal noise is found, the motor is severely heated, the casing is charged, the switch trips, and it cannot be started, it should be immediately stopped for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the mesh belt. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormalities before starting the machine for operation.

3. When using high-temperature mesh belts, the surface should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Regularly eliminate dust and other debris from the mesh and pipes. The mesh belt should be stored in a dry environment to avoid moisture on the motor.
