Separate screw of extruder for melt-blown cloth machine

An auxiliary thread is added in the compression section, which overcomes the shortcomings caused by the coexistence of the solid bed and the melt in a screw groove in the conventional screw. The molten material and the unmelted material are separated as soon as possible, thereby promoting the melting of the unmelted material.

This screw has high plasticizing efficiency and good plasticizing quality. Since there is no disintegration of the solid bed, the fluctuations in output, pressure and temperature are relatively small, and have the advantages of good exhaust performance and low energy consumption, and are widely used.
