Seven key points for installation of particle packaging machine

1. The particle packaging machine shall be installed at a place where the ground is stable and free from severe vibration. In order to avoid the impact of strong light on the photoelectric sensor, direct sunlight should be avoided.
2. After determining the installation position, the anchor bolts should be adjusted to ensure the stability of the particle packaging machine.
3. The standard power supply of this product is three-phase four-wire system (380V/50Hz). The power supply voltage shall be within ± 10% of the standard voltage. If only single-phase 220V power supply is used locally, please order it specially. If the local power supply voltage is unstable and exceeds the range of ± 10, please consider adding AC voltage stabilizer to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
4. Before powering on the particle packaging machine, please check whether all parts of the packaging machine are in good condition and whether the screws are loose. Check whether the distribution box is disconnected and whether the fastening screws are loose.
5. The body of the particle packaging machine is connected with a "zero" line (N line) for protection. If the user adopts three-phase five-wire system, the after-sales service personnel can change the wiring mode according to the user's requirements.
6. Turn the drive belt of the main motor by hand to make the distribution shaft rotate one circle, and connect the power supply of the machine after confirming that there is no paper jam and the parts collide with each other.
7. After turning on the power, turn on the power switch of the machine, and then turn on the work switch for a short time. Check that the distribution shaft should rotate clockwise. If not, please turn off the machine power completely and adjust any two of the three-phase power lines to each other.
