Silicone Rubber Heater Introduction

The tubular electric heating element is composed of a metal tube, a spiral resistance wire and crystalline magnesium powder, with good thermal conductivity and good insulation. Sry2 and sry3 tubular lithium battery heaters are used to heat oil in open or closed oil tanks. Sry4 tubular lithium battery heaters are used to heat flowing or circulating oil.

1. The "b" dimension in the dimensional drawing must be completely immersed in the oil to avoid burning of components. The heated oil should be non-corrosive.

2. The working liquid level of SRY3 must be lower than the fastener and higher than the dimension line "B".

3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced first and then increased to the rated voltage after melting. In order to prevent power concentration and reduce the service life of components.

4. If carbon is found on the surface of a pipe, it must be removed before use to avoid reducing work efficiency or even burning components.

5. The components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be dried in an oven at about 200°C for a few hours (or passed through the component at low voltage for a few hours) to restore the insulation resistance.
