Some use welding to fix the heating tubes
Some series of single head electric heating tubes do not require fixation and can be directly installed in heating holes for heat transfer, such as mold heating tubes; Of course, there are also series of heating tubes that need to be reinforced and fixed to make them more stable for normal operation, such as single head heating tubes. Here, we mainly discuss how to fix the heating tube and how to install it? We all know that fixing and installing heating pipes is a subtle and indispensable step to ensure their normal and stable operation. Without this step, problems such as dead bending of the heating pipes, unstable operation, and local bare leaks can easily become hidden dangers of accidents. The common installation, fixation, and non fixation of heating pipes are analyzed as follows:
1. Mold heating tube
The common mold heating tube does not need to be fixed and is directly installed in the heating hole for heat transfer.
2. Single head heating tube
There are several common types of single head heating pipes, including L-shaped single head heating pipes, baffle type single head heating pipes, and threaded type single head heating pipes.
(1) The common single head heating tube refers to a heating tube without a baffle, thread, or other fixing methods. Its installation method is to directly install it on the bracket; Fix the heating tube with copper or other metal sheets after drilling (similar to a baffle type electric heating tube); Some use welding to fix the heating tubes.
(2) L-shaped single head heating tubes can generally be inserted directly into the environment for use, and installation and fixation according to the installation instructions do not require special fixation.
(3) The baffle type heating tube can be used directly or welded and fixed on the basis of the baffle.
(4) The installation of a threaded single head heating pipe is to screw the heating pipe with threads to the parts that need to be fixed. Generally, threaded pipes are more commonly used for heating liquids. Of course, those with strict requirements for sealing can also be welded on the original basis.
3. U-shaped heating tube, flange heating tube, fin heating tube
U-shaped heating tubes are usually equipped with fasteners and are usually installed directly with fasteners. Those that do not use fasteners are usually fixed with brackets or welded installations.
