To solve the problems of uneven temperature and poor annealing quality in traditional annealing furnaces, a circulating hot air trolley annealing furnace is now provided. The hot air in the annealing furnace is circulated, and the annealing temperature tends to be uniform, resulting in good annealing quality. The structural configuration and usage method are as follows:
The annealing furnace includes a furnace chamber, with a furnace door at the left end of the furnace chamber, a horizontal guide rail at the bottom of the furnace chamber, and a trolley on the horizontal guide rail. The interior of the furnace chamber is equipped with an isolation cover with an opening facing the furnace door. A heating chamber is formed between the isolation cover and the inner wall of the furnace chamber. Electric heating wires are installed on the top, front, and rear surfaces of the furnace chamber. A centrifugal fan is installed on the right end face of the furnace chamber, and a motor bracket is installed on the outer side of the right end of the furnace chamber, The motor bracket is equipped with a motor that drives the rotation of the centrifugal fan. The right end of the isolation cover is equipped with a reflux hole corresponding to the centrifugal fan. The lower side of the isolation cover is equipped with a trolley avoidance gap, and both sides of the trolley avoidance gap are equipped with card strips. The two sides of the trolley are equipped with card slots that match the card strips. The materials to be annealed are placed on the trolley, the furnace door is opened, and the trolley and materials enter the furnace chamber together. The trolley moves and enters the avoidance gap of the trolley. The card slots on both sides of the trolley cooperate with the card strips at the avoidance gap of the trolley. The furnace door is closed, and the electric heating wire is energized to heat the heating chamber. The electric machine is turned on to drive the centrifugal fan to rotate. When the centrifugal wind rotates, the airflow is discharged from the circular mark of the central wind force and enters the heating chamber, Then, it enters the hidden separation from the open end of the isolation cover and enters the centrifugal fan through the same flow hole to form a cycle, ensuring that the annealing temperature inside the isolation cover tends to dry uniformly and improving the annealing quality of the metal material.
The usage method of this trolley annealing furnace is as follows: place the material to be annealed on the trolley, open the furnace door, and the trolley will automatically enter the furnace compartment. When the car is about to be in place, the front end of the car pushes the horizontal slider to move to the right. When the right end of the horizontal sliding rod approaches the proximity sensor, the car stops moving through the controller console, and the controller controls the action of the winding motor to close the furnace door.
The electric heating wire is used to heat the heating chamber, and the motor is powered to drive the centrifugal fan to rotate. When the centrifugal fan rotates, the airflow is discharged from the circumferential surface of the centrifugal fan, enters the heating chamber, and then enters the isolation cover from the open end of the isolation cover, and enters the centrifugal fan through the reflux hole to form a cycle, thereby maintaining the annealing temperature inside the isolation cover consistent with the temperature and improving the annealing quality of the metal material; After heat treatment, when the car automatically moves out and moves a certain distance to the left, the horizontal sliding rod loses its limit and returns under the action of the return spring. The right end of the horizontal sliding rod is away from the proximity sensor. At this point, the controller controls the winding motor to rotate and opens the furnace door of the trolley annealing furnace to facilitate the smooth disassembly of the trolley.
