15、 Final inspection

1. Insulation: Infinite, lasting for 10 seconds;

2. Withstand voltage: φ Above 16 and within 4 meters in length, 3000V/10s; φ 10~ φ Within a length of 4 meters, 2000V/10s; φ 6. Within 2 meters in length, 1800V/10s;

No breakdown or flashover phenomenon

3. Cold resistance: meets the requirements of the production order;

4. Appearance inspection, geometric shape and size should meet product requirements; The above is a piece by piece inspection.

5. 5% spot check of leakage current per batch; Leakage current less than 0.5mA;

6. 5% of each batch of hot insulation shall be sampled for inspection; Simultaneously observe the uniformity of heating.

Within 1 minute after power outage, the thermal insulation should be detected to be ≥ 2M Ω. After cooling under natural conditions for 1 hour, the insulation should be monitored to recover to over 100 M Ω.
