Suspension polymerization method of sheet PVC produced by blister machine

The monomer is suspended and dispersed in the water phase in the form of droplets, and the selected oil-soluble initiator is dissolved in the monomer. The polymerization reaction is carried out in these droplets, and the heat of the polymerization reaction is absorbed by the water in time. Disperse in the form of beads in water, and need to add suspension stabilizers, such as gelatin, polyvinyl alcohol, methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, etc. The initiators are mostly organic peroxides and azo compounds, such as diisopropyl peroxydicarbonate, dicyclohexyl peroxydicarbonate, diethylhexyl peroxydicarbonate, azobisisoheptanenitrile, Azodiisobutyronitrile, etc. The polymerization is carried out in a polymerization tank with a stirrer. After polymerization, the material flows into the monomer recovery tank or the stripper to recover the monomer. Then it flows into the mixing kettle, washed with water, centrifuged, dehydrated, and dried to obtain the finished resin. Vinyl chloride monomer should be extracted from the resin as much as possible. For PVC used for food packaging, the free monomer content should be controlled below 1ppm.
