If the startup process of the injection molding machine is not standardized, it will cause various problems such as poor mass production, short machine life, and quality degradation. The following are the correct steps to start the injection molding machine, which will teach you the standardized process. 1. Before the machine heats up and starts production, open the cooling water valve first to observe whether the water channel is unobstructed. 2. Close the power switch on the side of the control box, connect the power supply inside the machine, and press the motor start button on the panel to start the oil pump motor. 3. For machines that are used for the first time or have not been used for a long time, after the oil pump is started, it must be run idle for a few minutes before operation can be started. 4. Turn on the barrel heating switch, connect the electric heating power supply, adjust the thermostat nozzle and temperature controller on the box door, set the temperature, and observe the current of the ammeter to determine the quality of the electric heating coil. 5. The test run should be carried out in sequence from manual → semi-automatic → fully automatic. At the same time, check whether the important fastening bolts are loose. If any abnormality is found, stop immediately. After confirming that it is normal or the fault has been eliminated, conduct a test run. 6. When processing is stopped or materials are changed, the barrel must be cleaned. The cleaning work should be carried out when the barrel is heated. After cleaning, turn off the heating switch immediately. Cleaning work is especially important for processing easily decomposable plastics. 7. When processing is stopped, first turn the action operation switch to the manual position, put other action switches in the disconnected OO position, turn the barrel heating switch to OFF, press the motor stop button to turn off the oil pump motor, and finally turn off the power switch to end the work.
