The difference between spring-fixed thermocouple and armored thermocouple
Leave a message
The compression spring fixed thermocouple uses the compression spring to hold the end of the thermocouple close to the surface of the object to be measured to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. To fix the thermocouple with a compression spring, first tighten the connecting bolt on the object to be measured, then hold the thermocouple close to the object to be measured, tighten the sleeve screw, and finally tighten the locking sleeve.
The compression spring fixed nickel-chromium-copper-nickel thermocouple uses the compression spring to hold the end of the thermocouple close to the surface of the object to be measured to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. It is used in conjunction with display instruments and can directly measure temperatures in the range of 0~400 ℃. The thermocouple has a soft extension wire that can be bent freely. It has the characteristics of short thermal response time and easy use. It is suitable for plastic extruders, textiles, food and other industries.
Thermocouple temperature measurement principle
is based on the thermoelectric effect. When two different conductors or semiconductors are connected into a closed loop, when the temperatures at the two junctions are different, a thermoelectric potential will be generated in the loop. This phenomenon is called the thermoelectric effect, also known as the Seebeck effect.
As a temperature measurement sensor, armored thermocouples are usually used in conjunction with temperature transmitters, regulators and display instruments to form a process control system to directly measure or control the temperature of fluids, steam and gas media and solid surfaces within the range of 0-1800℃ in various production processes.
Armored thermocouples have many advantages such as bendability, high pressure resistance, fast thermal response time and durability. Like industrial assembled thermocouples, they are used as temperature measurement sensors and are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators.
